Why do you choose Royal Caribbean?

I haven't been on a cruise since 1985...I'm thinking about the same cruise you are taking. I live in frigid Indianapolis.

Why not take Carnival? Or Princess?

There is parasailing in Cabo.... you may want to check the the cruisecritic.com ports of call threads for tour operators.

Mazatlan - did a walking tour, a must do as a first timer, the city is soooo pretty, that I never expected. All the buildings are so brightly colored and the town is spotless.

Cabo - you'll be there during prime whale watching season, how about a ww excursion? Just returned a week ago and the watching was better than Alaska or Hawaii. Just amazing.

1WayOut, we did the Diamond Princess, it is a new ship with 4 themed dining rooms... it was great. Have sailed RCCL but the new ship experience and dining was great with Princess.

If you're interested in horse back riding, check out www.randishappyhorses.com in Mazatlan. This was the best excursion we did on our cruise.
