cruisecritic.com great reports on your ship and all options
Usually do best taking local driver guides from $50/half
da for 4 sharing with another couple.
hit all the high spots everywhere from $12 per person that
way usually save a tonne on excursion costs.
eurocheapo.com great budget city guides.
Have fun,

Cadiz is just beautiful. I enjoyed walking around the town and having tapas in the main plaza.
Venice is magical and a wonderful place to get lost. I am not sure how long you will be there, but take an hour or two to just wander around and loose yourself. Stop at Caffe Lavena in St. Mark square for a capuccino or a gelato and say hello to Massimo (the friendliest bartender in town). For only 1.8 Euros you can have a capuccino standing up and have a bathroom break (clean and way better than public bathrooms where you still have to pay). There you can also enjoy live music. Don't forget to dance in the piazza...a very romantic experience.
I found Naples a bit chaotic (be careful) but amazing at the same time. We were offered a stolen Ipod after being there only 20 minutes. The food here is out of this world so make sure to stop and enjoy the cusine.
Email me if you have any more questions at [email protected]. You will have a great time!!!

We have been to Naples. There will be many cabbies at the dock looking for fares and the prices will be reasonable. You should look into what you would like to see the most. Most folks see either the Amalfi coast, go to Capri or see the Pompei ruins. There are also ruins in herculaneum as well. Our guy took us to some great spots for oics as well. we choose to see Pompei BTW. Cheers, Larry
