London shuttle to Southampton

Has anyone used the Silverfleet Shuttle service in London? I have a reservation for which I'm to be picked up at my London hotel and carried to Southampton port for a 14-day cruise. I priced train tickets from St. Pancras Station to the port, and the price quoted was within 5 pounds sterling of the shuttle price. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with Silverfleet? Thank you.

I do National Express bus. They have some excellent specials, last trip was for 10 pounds for 2. You do need a cab to the dock, but easy to find a share.

If you are happy with the price and time, then stick with what you have. It sounds very convenient.

Budget queen,

A few years ago I tried to book National Express bus online and was not able. I think it had something to do with them not accepting US credit cards. Do you know if its possible to book online now? Thanks.

Yes, I used them Dover-London then London-Southampton. On time and very nice drivers. Good company to deal with.

Yes, I have used them several times, and always use US address and credit cards.
