Kids Club question

Can anyone tell me at what age a child can sign him/herself in and out of the Kids' Club? I have a 9 and a 13 yr old. Thanks.

Hi: You are best to check with the cruise line that you are using - they may each have different age requirements. We were on Carnival 2 yrs ago and I think kids that age coudl go on their own. Most cruise lines will have a parent info. nite the 1st day or so of your cruise to explain the children's program.

We went on Carnival last year. My daughter was 7 and I had to sign her in and out. I remember commenting to my husband that next year (age 8) would be the last year that I would be able to monitor her by signing her in and out.

They may have changed the age since then. Also, if I go back when she is 9 I am going to lie about her age at the kids club because I don't want her to be able to sign in and out on her own.

There are 1400 people on the ship at once. I wasn't too wild about the large number of young drunk passengers. Don't get me wrong, I loved the cruise, the food, everything. I just wouldn't want my baby rooming that ship on her own.

Thank you, Sue and Julie. Our cruise is Carnival (Princess). My kids will be happy that they can sign themselves in and out.

Hi,
My kids are enrolled in various activities at Boys And Girls Club Of Central Texas. This club is for boys and girls between 6-18 years of age.
