Ketchikan Fishing trip

One of our party members is booked for a Ketchikan Salmon Fishing trip off the MS Noordam. This person wants to know if she catches salmon, how much will it cost to ship home. Do thsy accept Cash or Credit cards? We leave Saturday.

Thanks

It costs a lot more to ship from Alaska to the lower states. I shipped a box of clothes from Anchorage and was surprised at how expensive it was. When I went to Alaska a few years ago one of my group went on 2 fishing trips and did the catch release. I know that doesn't help if your friend has their heart set on fresh salmon at home.

There are some companies in the Homer area that ship salmon to your home. You can check on there websites to get and idea.

We caught a big salmon, and the cruise ship cooked it for us. it was delicious!

Thank you, my friend has her heart set on shipping it home either smoked or fresh.

My family's fish shipping bills run at least $100 for the shipping and processing. Yes they took credit cards, but this was only one processor.
