Internet cruise bookings
Could anyone advise if they have ever used Buycruises.com -- I'm a novice at internet bookings and would like to know if they (or internet bookings in general) are reliable.

Thanks!
never heard of them, but we have used icruise.com and they were OK

www.buycruises.com is a legitimate company. I've used them twice. The owners are JD and Todd. If you book a cruise with them JD seems to get the best prices for me.
If you are an experienced cruise person and know exactly what you want you can also go the www.cruisequick.com to get an online quote. They are also legit but they do not use phone contact. Only email. I've used them before and it worked out well for me and many others I know.
Always check with at least 3 or 4 different online agencies and let them beat the other persons quote. That is the best way to get the best price.
My list that I get quotes from:
buycruises.com
bestpricecruises.com
icruise.com
cruise411.com
cruisequick.comcrucon.com
kimskruises.com (she seems to get good rates and shipboard credits on Princess)
It is a lot of work to get the VERY best price. Let them work for your money. Let them beat all of your quotes.

We like http://www.moments-notice.com/

I booked with cruise.com Rosann @ ext.274 was very friendly and returned all phone calls. You also get a better rate if you call and speak with an agent then booking directly from the website. I chose them because they checked out OK with the Better Business Bureau, CLIA, ASTA and Royal Caribbean Cruiseline.

Cheryl

I got a great deal from Alwayscruising.com. Answered every email and phone call. Ask for Lisa Bucci- she's fabulous.

buycruises.com is great. Used them twice and they come highly recommended on cruisecritic.com. They are good because they have email and a phone number where you can actually talk to a person.
