I had heard that they were engaged in some rather , shall we say, intimate activities with her sitting on the railing. The passenger above who was snapping their picture startled them (duh - they didn't think someone mught notice them "frolicking"?) and she fell. Maybe that's an advantage to the stair-stepped balconies on some ships. If we had fallen from our balconey a couple of weeks ago we would have fallen on the one below us. But the lowest down balconey would deposit one in the drink ;-P!

The person who took the picture was interviewed on a local Denver station. She did not mention or hint at any intimate activity. In fact, she had intended to use the flash but she forgot to turn it on so all she had was an underexposed picture. The picture was shown on the TV screen. Couldn't see much. But the picture, no doubt, saved their lives.
