Wondering if anyone could give suggestions on a 7 night caribbean cruise over new years in Dec. 2002 for a honeymoon.

Princess should probibly be the most romantic, try the Grand or the Golden. Carnival is the "funship" and appeals to all age groups and categories. Royal Caribben I believe is in the middle somewhere. I have sailed on Celebrity which is really nice, but I am not sure good for a young couple. I have also sailed on Disney, which was really fun, if you like Disney.

While not on our honeymoon, we were young :) and really enjoyed Princess's western Caribbean itinerary. The two at-sea days close to either end of the trip were just right. And we really enjoyed Grand Cayman.<BR><BR>

Another idea... Windstar has 2 ships sailing one week cruises over New Years. The Wind Surf is doing a Bahamas itinerary from Ft. Lauderdale and Wind Spirit is doing a Caribbean itinerary from St. Thomas. These are much smaller, intimate ships - would be perfect for a honeymoon.

For our honeymoon last year we took the Ocean Princess Caribbean SOuthern trip. Saw Aruba, Grenada, Dominica, St. Thomas & LOVED it. Had to leave from San Juan.
