I am trying to get a problem resolved with Skyauction - Has anyone ever been able to find a phone number for them??? I only have been able to get through to them with email. If anyone has ever called them PLEASE let me know where you got the phone no. THANKS!!!

I thought I had their number somewhere in one of my e-mails, because I called them once.

I found it:

"Should you have any questions about this particular auction or itinerary, please feel free to contact us either by return email or at (212) 355-3660 or (800) 929-9929"

This was from a March 2002 e-mail. Good Luck. They are actually a travel agency. I called them once to change an itinerary or flight, and they were very accommodating. Of course, that was 2 1/2 years ago. Hopefully, their customer service is still good. ((b))

Thanks for the numbers - I am still waiting to see if I got my dates for a cruise I won - I have heard lots of negative stuff about them as I searched on the internet for a phone no.

I'm thinking that if they don't have your dates, you won't be charged. At least that has been my experience with Skyauction. Good luck. ((b))

I have used them for a cruise, two weeks in mexico, and air, and never had a problem. They were very helpful.
