Have you tried Cruisequick.com

I am searching for a Med. Cruise and have compared prices with TA and online providers. Cruisequick.com is $400 cheaper than the others. Has anyone used them. I'm a little leary of an "email only" site.

I read lots of good things about them,so I gave them a try.
after taking my C.C.# they e-mailed me and told me they had made a mistake and I should get another quote.
This time the quote was the same as I got from several other sites.
I have since booked my Alaska trip with
one of the other sites.
I think I made the right choice.

As long as you know exactly what you want...ship, cabin category, even cabin number...Cruisequick is fine. Prices are very hard to beat. We use them all the time now...never had a problem.

I have used them for 2 cruises with no problem at all.
I also booked them for another cruise that I cancelled. It took over 6 weeks to get the money back to the credit card company. It was very frustrating not to be able to call and straighten it out. I kept replying to the same person, then calling Celebirty, then emailing again. Finally I sent another email but not to the original person. The new responder straightened it out in about a week.
I don't plan to use them again!

We booked a group of 4 cabins with cruisequick. We worked with Ray. Everything went smoothly. We would use them again.

Booked two back to back South America cruises through them. Great prices, and nice to deal with. Highly recommended. Got us great air schedule.

Just a little explanation for my "test". Earlier I wrote what I will write after my explanation and it wouldn't take it. I got all kinds of messages...so here I go again...re cruisequick.

We booked our upcoming Celebrity cruise with them earlier this year. Their rate pp wss about $300 less than my TA and about $200 less than other on-line sites. So even though I'd never bought ANYTHING on line I thought the time had come.

I booked a category 12 (money IS an object) and got my confirmation and cabin assignment. Then I started reading reviews and came across one where they'd been in that particular cabin. They complained of very bad vibrations and said they eventually had to be moved. Panic set in.

I e-mailed cq and told them of my concerns and why. There was not another category 12 cabin available so they asked for a little time to see what could be done. A couple of days later they sent an e-mail saying they had gotten us upgraded to an inside cat 9, mid-ship for the same fare. I was ecstatic. I went to the Celebrity web-site to pre register and, sure enough, there was my new cabin # in black and white. Just recently we received our e-docs and all is in order.

Now please don't think I'm telling you that you will somehow get an upgrade..this was just a very unusual set of circumstances. But I am saying
that they are very professional and helpful even if you never hear a 'voice',

I would not hesitate a second to book with them again in the future!

For mass market cruiselines I've had very good luck with them (have used Ray) and gotten excellent prices and service. I actually like the fact that it is done via emails...this way I have things in writing and I never miss a phone call. Like others have mentioned...you do need to know exactly what ship, date, category you want. They're not one to hold your hand and make suggestions.

I would not recommend them for the smaller luxury lines....for those I would definitely recommend a luxury cruise specialist for the best prices and perks.

Booked 2 cabins with Cruisequick for my cruise last month.Also had a friend book with them for same trip.Ray answered all of my emails,usually within a matter of minutes! He even answered an email on Christmas Eve,about 7pm. I was shocked to see him still working and told him to go home!!!
The company was great, prices beat everyone, and they dealt with all of our split payment credit cards with no problem. Will definately use them again.

THey're reputable, we've used them b4. However, you'll only get an e-mail--I can't find any phone number. We've had no problems. The only thing is that you need to know what ship and exactly which cabin. I use cruisesonly--as I like to speak to a person. Cruisequick is ok.

Be careful, after booking 4 reservations with them and 10 rooms they finally screwed me over. I had a $300 future travel credit and they never gave me ANY discount off my pre booked price.. they kept the ENTIRE COUPON as comission. I will never use them again. I sent many, many emails with the promise "I'll get back to you" and they never did after 2 months of repeated enquiries. As you mentioned, an "email only" site keeps you from talking to a real person, so it is quite easy to dodge you if they want after they have your money. I still book online now, but only with an ageny I can reach by phone.
