Has anyone booked with i-cruise.com? Any problems?
 

Has any Fodorite booked a cruise with icruise.com? They seem to have some great deals, but I'm rather apprehensive because I've always dealt with a travel agency. Please respond as I would really like to book a cruise if you say they are reliable. Also, there is no phone number to reach them, which concerns me.

Back in February, I booked a 12-day cruise on R8 via icruise because of the price. The only negative comment I have is that the advertised price didn't include "port charges" which added $150 person, but it was still a good deal, better at that time anyway, than anyone else for a balcony cabin.<BR>icruise was prompt in getting the documentation, etc to me and it was a great cruise. I would prefer to book with a local agent, but I asked and no one in my town could come close to the price. I'd use them again.

I booked with icruise.com last year twice and my parents used them once. They gave great service and even arranged two cabins together which my local travel agent couldn't do. The service rep I use is Jason. You can "live talk" to him through the website. Just ask him for the phone # and he'll be glad to supply it.
