Grand - good condition?

Anyone sailed on the Grand Princess recently. We are sailing right before she goes to dry dock and was wondering if she will be in good condition for our cruise.
Hi Tricia,

All ships go into drydock periodically for general tuneups. Same as your car. Better than breaking down at sea. Refurbishment goes on weekly. I doubt you will see any difference when you sail.

Paul

Tricia, we just got off the Golden Princess last week (the Grand's sister ship but new this year)I'm sure you'll enjoy the Grand.
A few years ago we sailed on the Sun Princess a little before her dry dock schedule and everything was fine.
From what we've heard from many 10-20+ cruisers, Princess does a good job figuratively and comparitively of maintaining their fleet on a regular basis and the dry dock visit is mostly for precautionary inspections and scheduled maintenance.
Enjoy

Tricia,
I just got off the ship on Sunday 11/11 and it was beautiful. They take great care of it, seeming to go over every inch of it every morning. It also weathered Michelle well, even if the passengers and crew did not fare as well. Had a great time anyway.
Mike

Just got off of the Grand last Sunday and the ship was in good condition. I could not see any wear and tear.
