Ft. Lauderdale Hotels providing transportation with Airport/Cruise dock
 

I have been searching for a flight for our April 3rd cruise and am finding that we may have to go the night before. Can anyone recommend a reasonable hotel that might have a shuttle service from the airport and also to the cruise dock. Thanks so much for any info.<BR>Also am wondering if we should book a flight now, even though the rates seen rather high, or wait until it gets closer to the date?

Hi Cathie<BR>We have reservations this weekend at the Comfort Suites Airport and Cruise Port. They have shuttle from the airport, to the cruise port and includes breakfast. 1-800-228-5150

The Holiday Inn Express on 17th St. has shuttle service to both the cruise dock and airport. Bon Voyage!

Booked the Amerisuites in Ft. Laud. on the Hotwire.com site for $45 plus fee &amp; tax.<BR>We stayed Dec. 4 before our cruise and were pleasantly surprised. The room was large with 2 beds, microwave, frig, coffee pot. There is coffee &amp; tea in the lobby also. There was a large breakfast they call a Bountiful Buffet which is worth the price, had everything except cooked eggs, even had waffle mix to make a waffle. <BR>When we arrived at the airport, we called and they picked us up within about 10-15 minutes. In the morning, the shuttle took us to the Port which is about a mile away.<BR>I think this is a great deal if you aren't expecting a luxury hotel.<BR>Happy cruising. Joanne

Hi Cathie, if you are still looking for a hotel... I found Springhill Suites --its in Dania Beach... not far from the Port.. and they have a FREE shuttle service..Its part of the Marriott Chain.. but very reasonable.. I got a room for 75.00... breakfast included. I am not going on my cruise till May but reserved a room on line now anyway...They have a website too if you want to check it out.<BR>Have fun on your cruise!
