An update: I used PsiBands (accupressure), which come in colors, which is nice; and a homeopathic treatment from Hyland's...not one moment of discomfort the entire trip (and the seas were not the best). Thanks everyone.

I think what everyone needs to remember when they discuss some of the remedies is that you may not have gotten seasick in the first place. So I wouldn't rely on some of the methods described - have backups like as I said my favourite Bonine (Meclizine)
