Anyone looking for discounts might want to try Costco. Even if you are not a member of Costco--you can join for $45 yearly membership. It might be worth calling them at Costco Travel 1-800 849-2730 to get a quote. Be prepared for a wait because you are always on hold for awhile to get a cruise consultant. The price they quote always includes all taxes, ports chrges etc. The documents arrive in a timely fashion etc. and they are quite knowledgeable with a big reputable name behind them. i encouraged a guy at my office to call them last year and he saved $380. They can even adopt existing bookings you ave made directly with the cruiselines so long as you fax the cruiseline a request.

Sam's Club offers a discount and less cancel fees if you are a member, check out their site. The background service is handled by same company that provides service for many other major cruise sellers.
