Destination on a (3) Day Cruise from L.A. or Long Beach?
 

Can you suggest a good 3 day cruise from Los Angeles or Long Beach?

As far as I know, Carnival and Royal Caribbean run 3 day cruises out of Los Angeles, going to Ensenada and then returning. I have no idea if this is a "good" cruise. Royal Caribbean would probably be more deluxe.

Has anyone done a different cruise than Ensenada?

I think Ensenada is your only option?? The 4 day ones go to Catalina also (I think?). I've been on both the 3 and the 4 day cruises...nothing great. IMO,I'd wait until you can go for a full week, MUCH BETTER.

Hi Donnae: Keep in mind that a cruise ship, even at full speed will only be able to travel about 500 miles in 24 hours. With that in mind, with one day in port and a day out and a day back you are very limited in where you can go on a 3 day cruise.
