Some nights were better than others. The Norwegian salmon
is always good as was lamb shank w/butternut squash and the ribs. The one nite I ordered steak I sent it back tho.

I normally eschew the top deck for dinner. However, I think
there is alot to be said for the variation. Since dinner
takes too long if one wants to make a 7 pm show, I opted
to eat topside a few nites & was pleasantly pleased.

What makes the Gem the Gem is the staff anywhere aboard-always pleasant and friendly.
