Cruising, On A Star Under A Bridge
 

Our first cruise out of Tampa, Florida and of 2016 turns out to be surprisingly a lot of fun with an early highlight of sailing under “The Skyway Bridge”. For a 93K ton ship not only is navigating the channel to the bridge impressive but even more so is passing mere feet under it.

Fun On A Star

Barely before sailing we have one of the most efficient and fastest safety briefing ever. By the time we arrive at our muster station it is practically over.

Just like that our “Fun On A Star” begins.

Fun And Games

One of the things we enjoy about cruising are the onboard activities for which our level enjoyment always depends on the energy of the entertainment staff.

On “The Star” we are not disappointed.

We plan to be on the Sapphire Princess out of Singapore in a few weeks and I hope they do some fun stuff like that though this cruise just may be more conservative. :).

Fun Couples On A Star

From “The Not So Newlywed” to “The Perfect Couple” game these are always entertaining events for us while cruising.

I hope that after sixty years of being together we will be able to have as much fun as a couple on this cruise.

In 2011 just by chance we were on a cruise with Sassafrass and the late and great dogster and we had a nice dinner together. This was on the X Constellation. Hopefully some day our paths will cross. Guaranteed fun!! :D.
