Cruiseship with kids

Could anyone recommend a cruise out of New York with small kids. We would like to travel late spring and somewhere warm

Not too many choices out of New York. Most of the lines that sail from there (Cunard, Holland, Radisson) aren't known for being kid-friendly.

I'd look into Carnival Legend 8-day itineraries. Norwegian also has some sailings out of New York at that time, but I think you'll do better with Carnival.

Good luck!

Norwegian Dawn comes to mind. Very pretty ship, lots of activities and casual, all for a good price.

And without the drunks.

The NCL Dawn, may be a good choice. Very nice ship with wonderful meal options, but significantly lacking in ports on the 7 day trips. My opinion only. :)

I agree about the ports but I still feel it is a much better choice than Carnival.
