cruisecompete.com question
After lurking here for a while, I have questions. What is a good amount of time to leave your "bid" up on the CC website? What is an average number of responses? I'm fairly new to all of this and really appreciate your back-and-forth with all the information you've provided so far.

When I have submitted a "bid" on CC, I have received immediate responses. I have found that any responses will usually be within the time frame of the day you submit the bid. However, I have also received some the next day, just depends upon the interest in the cruise u are bidding on. If you are interested in booking a cruise thru one of the CC bidding agencies you should probably do so within a reasonable time frame. I usually do my homework and check online agencies and the cruise lines for prices before I submit a bid so that I know whether the prices from the bidding agencies are good ones. This way, you can go ahead and book your cruise after your bids come in. I have used CC very successfully and have not had any problems w/ the bidding agencies. Good luck.
