Cruise with free gratuities
 

We booked a cruise on the Sapphire Princess which offered free gratuities. So I was wondering about who pays the crew what we would have if we did not have this perk. Does the cruise line ante up?

well its quite a ways off but Princess had a deal thru the agency we use and it was a one day deal which offered this for any cruise after April 2015. We booked the Sapphire in Feb. 2016 for 11 days out of Singapore with stops in Brunei, Cambodia and two stops in VN Nha Trang and HCM city and two stops in Thailand. In addition they had like this wheel of fortune thing so I spun and got an additional 3% off from the agency. Not bad. :-)
