Cruise Vacation Outlet and Cruise-n-More

Has anyone used Cruise Vacation Outlet or Cruise-N-More? They are $1500 below other discount cruise agencies and I am a little worried about using them. Any advice?

I've booked with Cruise Vacation Outlet twice and have been very happy with the results. in fact, I've used Shannon and Lin and I even booked a cruise for my godchild yesterday for 200 bucks less than other agents. I have nothing but good experiences there.

I have booked with them, twice they screwed up the reservations- just yesterday, booked- have me on the wrong date. :) Always verify directly with the cruiseline and confirm your booking. The cost savings are my priority- and a valid ticket. So far have gotten both.

These are two of the top agencies on http://www.CruiseCompete.com

Both have excellent reputations for price and service.

I am starting to read some negative reports with Cruises-N-More. I wonder if Cruise Vacation Outlet is better?

I've used cruises-n-more three times w/o problems. However my new travel agent has beat c-n-m price on my 2 most recent cruises. Kristi w/ Cruise Planners 1-877-574-7845. That agency is part of Uniglobe or Uniworld? travel agency and get one of the highest ta comissions from the cruise lines and they therefore transfer the savings. http://www.cruiseplanners.com

If you are looking for a RCCL cruise Cruises-n-more is one of the few travel agencies that RCCL allows customer discounting in form of additional cabin credit.

It is better to price both travel agencies via phone as sometimes the call in rate is cheaper than the advertised rate. Hope this helps.

Cruise Vac. Outlet-I have used them twice. Steve J. once and Todd -Mgr. once. They are located in Orlando, Fl and were very good to work with. They are not always the lowest. They as all travel agencies are ham strung by what they can discount by the cruise lines. I am not a travel agent as I suspect some of these people on the forum are. I did have a group of 8 with CVO doing Viking China and then a family cruise of 14 on Carnival. Everything went smoothly --I was paying the bills for all. Steve and Todd couldn't be more helpful. If you are questioning a rep. --why not call Todd at x 120 or 121 ? Sometimes the link to their advertised specials don't work well but you can always call them on the 800 #.

I had a terrible time with Cruise Vacation Outlet. I dealt with Mike and then Todd. They are happy to take your reservation and money, but will do nothing you ask beyond that. I ended much worse off than if I would have made reservations myself. Todd even hung up on me! Book with a more trusted source!

Used Cruises-N-More a few weeks ago to book my Alaskan cruise. Had best price and booking went just fine. Even emailed back the next day to get cabin switched to port side and was taken care of instantly. All paperwork was emailed promptly and I verified with cruise line that all was in order with my reservation

I have used steven w/ cruisesnmore and
our booking was totally messed up. After that happened he would never answer his messages I had to go over his head and in the end it worked out.
I currently have one booked with the other (c.v.o.) and so far so good.
