We recently went on our first Oceania cruise. In the past we have cruised on Royal Caribbena, NCL, and Celebrity.
Now that we are older, Oceania fit the bill. It was totally relaxing. Only one child was on board. NO loud areas, fantastic food, and the service was beyond wonderful.
There is no big Broadway type of entertainment. They have evening shows, but not on the same scale as the big ships. We enjoyed the lecture series, trivia, tea, etc.
We kept saying how "civilized" it was.
