** CAN'T USE UPGRADE **
 

This is our first time on a Princess cruise and when I requested a brochure from them it included an upgrade as an incentive to book. It is a tri-generational cruise (my parents, and my family including my two kids)celebrating my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. We booked two quads next to each other just prior to upgrade arriving, the last quads left on ship. <BR>HOW CAN I USE UPGRADE?

Princess cruises only talk to travel agents. Why do you not talk to yours ?

Neviboy- travel agent said to send in to Princess as cannot use for this cruise (we booked last two quads on ship that were next to each other). I did that and now must follow up. think Princess sends upgrade out as part of their promotion when you request one of their brochures through them, not travel agent. Also rec'd a video of ship with my brochure and upgrade.

They have the ability to speak to the sales department and receive many perks. <BR> <BR>If any upgrades are offered a travel agent can get you the best stateroom and make sure the stateroom is of the proper size and have storage capacity for a quad. <BR> <BR>I know what I am talking about. We got an upgrade coupon twice and our travel agent was able to help both times. I was upgraded and saved $800 with the last coupon from Princess.
