Coffees, teas, juices (I would say lemonade would fall into this) are generally free aboard cruise ships.
Don't know about Carnival, but juices including lemonade are available at certain times on RCCL, Celebrity and Princess for free.

There was fruit punch and lemonade available 24 hours in the Paris Restaurant on the Carnival Paradise.

I personally enjoyed the hot chocolate (free at beverage station many times during the day), but that was on Holland Lines. Enjoyed the wool blankets on deck when sailing near glaciers, too.
Alaska is a fantastic destination. ENJOY!!
