Best Cruise for Teens?

I'm planning cruise for the family. We have two teen girls ages 17 and 15. What cruise line and ship has the best experience for teens? We're considering a Panama Canal or Alaska cruise during the summer of 2000.

I am not sure exactly for those Itineraries but the one line and ship I personally know did a great job in their teen program is RCCL's Granduer of the Seas. Hope that helps you.

We have cruised with RCCL both Caribbean and Alaska with teens and college age kids. Hands down the Alaska cruise gets high marks. The key features other than the shipboard activities are: The "midnight" (actually 11pm) sun intrigues them into late night activities. The excursions are unique. They are nature, natural beauty, cultural oriented by and large. They also appeal to a more active group. (Helicopter tours of glaciers, kayaking, white water rafting, as well as nature hikes.) <BR>We recommend Royal Caribbean but Holland America, Norwegian, and Princess also do the Inside passage run. We went from Vancouver which was a good city to leave from.

You won't find many Panama Canal Cruises during the summer months. Alaska is very popular for families. Your teens will make lots of friends. The best cruise lines for teenagers are Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises and Princess Cruises. They offer separate areas for the teens anyway from the smaller children.

Hey
How old are the teens?
A &quot;13 or 14&quot; is big difference from a &quot;17 and 18.&quot; That'll help us discuss!
