Bargains?
Where's the best website you can find the cheapest deals for a cruise. We want to go in the fall to the caribbean.
|
Go to www.cruise.com and use their "online" booking feature for a start. Start with all Caribbean and probably 7-10 days. Look at each of the major lines (RCCL, Princess, Celebrity and if you must, Carnival) and start to compare. Narrow it down to your top five cruises. Then go to the cruise line websites to see if they have any specials that they aren't releasing to anyone else.

Pick your best one and then call someone like Patrice at www.crucon.com. She will undoubtedly have a coupon or two she can use for you and get you your cruise at about $220-300 less than any of the other prices you'd seen.

To: Gi
We booked a cruise on buycruises.com to Alaska 2 years ago. Cheaper than AAA and Beatfares. We would use them again.
Actually, the cabin choice was better than the other two.
|
www.away2go.com is a good place to peruse for cruises. They generally offer fair prices and the staff is very helpful and knowledgable. They booked my last cruise.

We Booked directly thru Carnival and haven't found a site to beat the price yet! We are sailing the Sensation 5-day for $399.00 each! Can't wait till Oct 5th!
|
Booking directly should not net you a better fare. 99% of the time an agency is going to get you a better fare because of promotions, coupons, discounting, et. I would be willing to bet you paid more than you would have through another agency.
