Baltics in June - what to pack for weather?

We are on the Constellation out of Harwich June 13, sailing around the Baltics for 2 weeks. What should we pack, clothes for hot or cold, dry or wet weather? Any advice gratefully welcomed!

Layers. We were in Norway late June 2 years ago and we needed light jackets (high 60's)everyday and an extra layer when on the water. Stockholm was 80 the first week of July. You will have a great, scenic trip!

A spring, waterproof jacket is all I needed. The weather should be OK but you don't really know. We did this cruise in June and its the luck of the draw really. Some stops we were fine with a polo but for example in helsinki it was pretty chilly, windy and rainy. This is a great cruise. Have fun and enjoy. White nights are fantastic and try to be up when you go into Stockholm. Its a terrific site. While there consider the Vasa museum which very close to port and check out the old town Gamla stan. :-)
