Bahamas (3 days( Which Cruise)
 

We cant decide between the RCCL (MAjesty) or Carnival ( FAcination) I like that RCCL stops in tow places where as CArnival stops only at Nassau and 1 day at sea. SInce were going in Novemer I am worried aobut rough seas for a whole day.

I've sailed both lines and though I prefer Carnival, in this case I would do the Majesty. I'm assuming the second stop is RCCL's private island CocoCay and that is just a great place to spend the day. Awesome beach and just love being able to snorkel at leisure and then lay on the beach with those delish CocoLocos! :) Otherwise on Carnival you get just another sea day.

I wouldn't worry about rough seas. Just make sure you take Dramamine or equivalent and you'll be fine.

You'd better check with RCL. My brother was on the Majesty 2 weeks ago, and they skipped Coco Cay due to hurricane damage. I don;t know if they plan to resume by November or not.

Coco Cay is repaired and back on schedule. Hubby and I are doing the Majesty for the second time next week, so that should tell ya how we feel about it, it was our first cruise and are now renewing our 10 year wedding vows. Food is good, buffet is good, good ports of call. Have never done Carnival but I love waking up at a new destination each morning. Have a great time:D I wear the patch but hubby goes commando. I am also worried about rough seas but am taking precautions.

Just returned and had a terrific time but we did miss Coco Cay due to weather. Food and service was great. Any ?'s just let me know, enjoy Agrech:)
