Assult on Golden Princess

All was good until I was ASSULTED by a casino employee. Went to an empty chair to see the games on a machine and I was forcibly pushed away by an EMPLOYEE who was "holding" the machine for an absent guest.

Big problem is that Princess has not even requested the video from the casino to verify what I said. I spoke with Betty Kozlowski today and was told that they'll be opening a file today. I first notified Princess in NOVEMBER and have the emails from them to prove it. Why are they waiting so long? My guess is that I'll be told that the video from the event is now gone since it's been months. Very convenient for them. Was that the plan all along?

Problems happen. I judge a company on how they handle problems. If I judged them on how they avoided their problems, Princess would rate well

Generally when someone joins a web site for the first time just to rant about a company or an experience, doesn't have much credibility especially since it is several months old. How do we know if your story is anywhere near the truth?

Yup. I agree.

We've had nothing but very good experiences with Princess. I can't imagine one of their employees doing such a thing as pushing you off a chair. I can't even imagine them agreeing to hold a chair for someone in the casino. We only ever pass through the casino on our way to another location on the ship. Never stop to play. So I have no casino experience. But I do have Princess experience. We use them a lot.

I judge an OP by their post...first time negative= ZERO credibility!!!

They do it in casinos - hold a chair for a guest so s/he can use the restroom. Why did you want to sit in someone's chair? Why did you fight with an employee?

Imagine their job - having to deal with individuals like the OP!

Sometimes they use "RESERVED" posters for the machines. Seems logical if I wanted to step away for a moment. No need to get nasty with the staff, they're just trying to help patrons etc. Somehow we have to be more tolerant when we're in a crowded place, such as a casino.
