Anyone cruised as VIP on Norwegian?
 

Headed off on the Norwegian Epic, and just learned we will be on the VIP list. Anyone know what benefits this brings or how to best enjoy them?

triathlete, how the hack are you! Have not heard too much from you for a while. When are you leaving for your cruise?

We have not been on NCL for a while but I don't expect much changes, Back then (about 5+ years ago) means express embark and disembark with priority handling of baggage, access to VIP lounge while waiting to embark or disembark.

Bottle of wine, fruit basket/chocolates upon arrival, flowers in the cabin, invite to a Captain's reception, discounts in some venues (for fee dining/shops), daily Hors d'oeuvre etc.

Typically something that a TA can "purchase" from the ship thanking you for your business, or the ship's senior staff considering you a prime candidate for repeat business, or a high profile customer (example: cruise critic meet and greet organizer etc.)

Thanks for the info., that's useful to know. Doing OK, just haven't been cruising in quite a while. Actually leaving tomorrow AM and sailing Sunday. Looking forward to the trip.
