Looking for feedback on any of these BVI resorts.

Marina Cay restaurant was not too impressive (basic Friday's type menu), but a nice setting. Great snorkeling nearby.

Basically just looking for someplace to spend two or three nights prior to going to Bitter End next summer.

Anyone else?

Check out for Saba Rock Resort, www.sabarock.com , which is a tiny little island opposite Biras Creek with only 6 rooms and a nice bar & restaurant.

I think Nanny Cay Resort is fine for what you have in mind. The rates are very reasonable and the rooms for the most part are decent - some quite nice actually. Several of my family members stayed there for our wedding last summer and they were happy - one or two of them complained about the rooms on the ground floor - it seems the ones on the first floor overlooking the marina are the nicest - most recently renovated so you could request one of those. The resort has two resturants both quite nice, a pool, lots of shops, the marina of course, and it is centrally located so easy to get to and from town or anywhere else on the island. My next choice would be Village Cay in the heart of Road Town - centrally located, good restaurant on site. I would not recommend Prospect. My parents/grandmother/aunt stayed there for our wedding. They had one of the suites. Not nice at all. Definetly needs serious sprucing up. The best part is probably its location as it is also centrally located just on the outskirts of Road Town. But not much else going for it IMHO. Good luck and enjoy your stay here.

Thanks - it is a toss up right now between Village Cay and Nanny Cay. Guess I will see which offers a better rate. It will only be a 2 nite stay before going to Bitter End.
