Young College Grads in the Caribbean

3 single guys looking for a relaxing, yet fun-filled vacation in the Caribbean. Need a happy median between college-style Cancun and a couples honeymoon-style resort. Looking for a decently priced pkg., considered Jamaica, but have been turned off by how much negative feedback vs. positive I've read on this forum. Any suggestions? Thx.

Go to Barbados! It is a bit expensive but it will be all worth it. Even go to a 3 star hotel and it will still be good. Good nightlife.
Another good place is Puerto Varlarta in Mexico. Not as American as Cancun is. Good nightlife there too.

My daughter and her friends just got back from Negril, Jamaica and are already planning a return trip. Very sociable place for singles. We liked St. Martin, too -- lots of things to do, good nightlife and wonderful beach. Stay on the French side.

I would agree with Erin. I just recealy returned from Barbados and loved it, i am already planning a second trip. Cancun is also a great "Party Place". Good luck with making a decision, i am sure you guys will have fun where ever you end up!!

Go to varadero cuba. It is young and lively, yet pretty and romantic. Cuba is beautiful, with lovely music, greatculture, modern sophisticated resorts. And a visit to havana ia worth trying. bye
