You are all full of poopoo...Sandals Negril is wonderful and the staff is great...of course I am sure that all of you are snobs that looked down on the poor black help and treated them like dirt...you get back what you give folks. We found the staff to be helpful, friendly, attentive and above reproach...but then again we did not treat them like servants...we treated them with respect and got respect in return...sort of the golden rule right? <BR><BR>I am 100 percent Sandals and would return over and over and over. Hopefully the rest of you will not be there when I am.

You go Dave! I agree the problem with people that go to these resorts is that they treat the staff like a bunch of plantation darkies and then bitch because some bitterness ensues. What the hell do they expect? Treat the staff with respect and they will return it. Treat them like a bunch of house <no can say> and you get back what you sow.

Yes, I find it very unnerving how some people jump to conlusions on this board. Especially when professional staff won't address problems or concerns, people are accused of being rude and treating the staff disrespectul, and sometimes, even accdusing them of being prejudice. Sometimes, staff just aren't good, effective staff. Period!
