I haven't done one myself, but know people who have. The ship you are on depends on how wild or sedate it can be, but mostly everything is much more casual than on your average large cruise ship. They are much smaller and more intimate for the guests.
Have you checked out their website? Lots of good info there. I think it's windjammer.com. Good luck. |
There are some topics pertaining to Windjammer cruises on the Fodor's Cruise travel talk page.

I've been on five of them and would go again in a heartbeat! They are a lot of fun, very casual, friendly people, small groups compared to superliners. They visit smaller off the beaten path islands. All age groups go. On any given trip there will be people from their 20's to their 70's.
They have a few on board activities, but for the most part it's relax and watch the water. The food is good and plentiful, the rum swizzles are tasty.... If there is anything specific you'd like to know, just post and I'll try to help. |
thank you very much!! I appreciate all your info!!!!!
