Which island best for beaches & kitesurfing with a 6 month old?

Hi we would like to rent a house in one or two carribean islands in June with my 6 month old.
We love
-great nature, great white sand beaches,
- kitesurfing, ideally some flat water, and wind in June
- less touristy yet with health facilities in case of baby emergency
- some easygoing island night life
Thankfully we have a nanny,,yet she is from Turkmenistan and can't go to British and Dutch islands. I don't know all, yet Barbados , Bahamas, grenadines, Antigua seems to be visa free.
Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance...

Why can't you get her a visa? Contact her embassy to see how to do it.

Because that leaves out 2 great kiteboarding destinations:

Aruba

Turks and Caicos

Or you can leave her behind for the week, bring someone else for the week, or leave baby with Mom for the week?

Have you ever kite boarded? It takes average 2 days to get it, that's a long time be away from a tiny baby.

Or wait until baby is older to go kite boarding?

Hi, I am kiteboarding for 6 years now - so even if I cruise in and jump around for 1/2 hours, I am a happy person... and the earlier the baby gets used to the kiteboarding scene, the better- why wait??
And we are going a whole month, so leaving is no option, and nanny with us in vacation definitely gives us more freedom.
Obtaining visa makes things a little more complex, though an option.
Have been to Turks and Caicos - prefer trying something else. So you think Aruba is better than Barbados, Bahamas , Antigua etc???
Thanks ,

Better for kiteboarding, not as a better destination

Going for a whole month, then get her a Visa to open up all possibilities, or take me with you, I don't need one

Bahamas and Barbados are British, so I'm confused about the Visa anyway!
