Which High Rise in aruba

My two friends (all female!) and I are planning a vacation for next spring (April) in Aruba. After reading reviews I am now totally confused as to which resort would be best. Looking for nice beach, pool/poolbar, nightlife. Resort "type" is preferred, and cost is not so much the issue. Considering Hyatt or in that area. Thanks for any info!!

For a large resort, Hyatt and Radisson are the best.

Radisson was great!

Thanks for your replies, we are looking into the Hyatt and Radisson both.

We went recently and stayed at the Radisson, and thought it was excellent. The beach area was beautiful and the rooms nice. We did not like the restaurants at Radisson (except for the breakfast buffet which was good--standard). The lunch restaurant near the pool/beach was mediocre at best and a very limited menu. We actually ended up eating lunch at the Hyatt every day--much bigger menu and better food. Also, ate dinner at Hyatt one night--they have several nice restaurants for dinner. The "nice" restaurant at Radisson was VERY overpriced and mediocre to bad food.
One thing to note that may or may not matter, the beach chairs at the Radisson were much better than Hyatt. At Radisson, they were wood chairs with thick cushions, while at Hyatt they were the standard metal frames with vinyl strips. Also, Radisson beach area had more palapas (thatched huts), so seemed easier to get one.
Overall, you can't go wrong with either. I think the Hyatt is a bit nicer and more upscale in terms of the common areas and restaurants.
