Addie, check out Eleuthera, one of the out islands of the Bahamas. You can rent an oceanfront cottage or villa there, on a pink beach, with great snorkeling right out front - with no one else around for miles usually! We've been a few times now, and it's very romantic - and not expensive if you make a few meals yourself, and enjoy the local 'conch cuisine'.

Have you thought about Hawaii? June is off-season (we went in June). The rates are MUCH better and there usually aren't many tourists around. We've been to many places in the Caribbean, and nothing compares to Hawaii in terms of snorkeling (really, in terms of anything!).

Buck Island off of St. Croix! Awesome!!!! St. Croix has many secluded beaches and the are all public access. There may be other people at Buck Island but you can wonder off away from them. <BR>While in the Virgins, fly Cape Air Airlines to Tortola, take a ferry over to Virgin Gorda and snorkel the Baths! There are no words to describe, but there will be other people snorkeling around you.
