Where to stay in Aruba?

Ann: If you find out anything, email me and let me know also. My fiance and I will be going in June, and I am really having a hard time trying to decide where to stay..... We also want an all-inclusive....

My wife and I spent a week in Aruba this past September. We stayed at La Cabana All-Suites. This resort is on the same par with many of the others price-wise but with one difference - every room is a suite. Ours had a full kitchen, a kitchen table, a family room, and a bedroom, all very modern and clean. While the hotel may not be as gorgeous as the Hyatt, it definately has the advantage of a kitchen and a great beach (as well as 3 pools). There are a few close by grocery stores ( a little expensive but not too bad) and we made our own lunch and breakfast everyday. This is great since dinners tend to be expensive (definately have dinner at the light house restaurant during sunset). La Cabana also has the largest casino on the island. If I remember right, they have their own web site but I don't remember the address. Please e-mail me if you have any questions. Enjoy the trip!

My wife and I are making our first trip to Aruba in May. We have recieved a ton of information and answers to many of our questions at Aruba Online. they have links to web sites for hotels and a great bulletin board where you can get your questions answered. Find them at: www.olmco.com/aruba/index.html

I stayed at the Costa Linda this past May. It was a two bedroom condo beautifully furnished with the best beach on the island. The pool facilities were nice and it is on the bus route so getting to town was very easy. I had a great time. Suggest La Trattoria and El Gaucho for dinners out. Have a great time!

Have been to Aruba a few times, stayed at the Divi
Divi. They now have all-inclusive but you have to
ask your travel agent about it, not widely advertised. The Divi Divi is a small hotel, clean, service is good, within walking distance of the Alhambra Casino and small shopping area. Don't expect to much for entertainment, nightly dancing with a small band. Nice beach, not overly crowded.
My wife and I are planning atrip for this summer.
Well have fun where ever you end up.
