We were married at Young Island Resort, St Vincent and the Grenadines. Someone at the hotel handled everything for us. However, it was just us, and our witnesses that we "picked up" on the beach. It's a fairly small resort, but I'm sure there are accomodations on St Vincent for your guests.

I was married in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos at Ocean Club West. We had some guests stay at royal west indies, which was a bit cheaper. Some of my friends also stayed at the comfort inn across the street ($120/night at the time). It is now called "ports of call" but I believe it still has great rates.

It is going to be very costly to cover the cost of all of your guests. A destination wedding will be your day, it is not selfish to invite your guests and expect them to pay their own way, just don't pressure them or make them feel guilty if it is not in their budget. Present them with several accommodation options, and really make sure they do not need to feel guilty at all if their budget doesn't allow it.

My wife and I had a post-wedding reception for guests who couldn't make the island one. It was casual (cookout) and inexpensive, and we made sure people felt like they could have a part of our wedding, even if they weren't there in T&C with us.

There is an article here that weighs the option of the "double reception"

Tropical Vows has some pretty good info on resorts too - we used it to find our wedding coordinator Nadia, who worked at Ocean Club West.

If you are interested in getting married in Grand Cayman here is a link for most of the wedding planners on the island.

Seven Mile Beach is a great place to get married, but not a cheap
place.
