Where to go in the Caribbean?
I am hoping to take my husband over Christmas/New Years somewhere relaxing with great beaches and food. We have been to Cayman (loved it) and Playa del Carmen in Mexico. Any good suggestions for December time to get away in the Caribbean? We don't have much time to plan so any suggestions??

For relaxing, spectacular beaches, and good food (80 some restaurants on the island) I would recommend Anguilla.

Anguilla is always a triple connection for me...maybe you could try Aruba (great roads, hotels, food, beaches, snorkeling--very user friendly)...or Barbados (ditto same as Aruba).

Cuisanart in Anguilla is spectacular and reasonably priced. The beach there is perfect. We went there on our honeymoon two years ago. It was not over a holiday, however, so I'm not sure how crowded the resort will be.
