Where to go in July?

we have FF tickets expiring in Sept and will likely travel in In July, so we're looking for a place that will be pleasant in temperature during July. We will be traveling with a 20 month old, so the heat is a concern. Suggestions, please!

How about Bermuda?

July can be very rainy and extremely hot. Is there any other time you can go?

I would pick a flat dry island, if it does rain, it's usually for 15 minutes, then sunny the rest of the day. With a 20 month old, i would pick Turks and Caicos, usually dry, always flat, water always calm and clear, great for little kids.

I second the suggestion of Bermuda. We went last July from the 14th-21st. Weather was bright and sunny everyday. No humidity, beautiful breeze. I wouldn't go anywhere in the Carib during the summer.

If you're thinking about Bermuda, I would consider Pompano Beach Resort (pompano.bm). They're located on a calm bay with a huge sandbar - the water is crystal-clear and is waist-deep for a few hundred feet - it really is like an enormous swimming pool. There's plenty of pool noodles located on the beach. They have a nice little wading pool as well. The rooms have small fridges, the food is excellent and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The weather will be in the mid-80's and there's always a nice breeze.
