Where to buy fresh seafood to cook at the rental condo?
 

I have rented a condo with full kitchen on Grace Bay and will be renting a car. Can anybody tell me where to buy fresh seafood like fresh caught fish, lobsters etc.?I've read in some reports that they sell fresh fish at LTC Fisheries in Five Cays. Is it still in business? How do I get there? Frommers also mentioned buying fresh fish straight off the Heaving Down Rocks Marina docks when the boats come in. Is that possible?

Yes, you can buy it from the fish processing plant in Five Cays. It's a bumpy road but worth it. We have gotten lobster there twice in the last couple of weeks. It was excellent. Go between 4 and 5 in the afternoon. We also have picked up fish from guys with pick-up trucks. Look for coolers and a scale. One spot is downtown and we also bought from a pick-up truck at the cultural market by the Verandas and Beaches. Also saw them at the grocery store parking lot on Leeward. We have not been disappointed with the fish or the lobster. Good luck!
