Where should I have my Caribbean wedding?

Interested in Turks and Aruba mostly for the clean beaches. Turks does not have alot of choices for hotels. There doesnt seem to be alot of positive posts about Turks hotels.

We stayed at Point Grace in 2001. There was a wedding on the beach while we were there and it was absolutely beautiful. They made an "aisle" of flower-filled conch shells and had an arch covered with flowers facing the ocean. Then they had the entire Grace's Cottage restaurant for the reception. We loved Point Grace and the beach just can't be beat, nicer than Aruba.

Turks and Aruba are pretty different. Both have beautiful beaches but Aruba is far more populated and alot more going on off the resorts then Turks.

Turks has the best beaches we have ever seen. Miles upon miles of empty beaches with very calm waters that are crystal clear. Great off shore snorkeling. There are a number of resorts on the main island - Club Med, Allegro, Beaches in addition to several smaller properties and condo developments - Coral Gardens is beautiful, Coral Gardens, etc...
Problem with Turks is if you are looking for things off the proeprty, you will not find much. IT really is a desert island so not that pretty - all sand with a very small town area consisting of a few shops and not much else. There are some fine restaurants on the island. But on the other hand if you are looking to get away from it all and totally relax, then Turks would be a good choice - again, beaches are absolutely gorgeous!

Aruba is also great but a totally different feel. Some think it feels abit like Miami due to the nightlife and shopping options but the beaches too are beautiful.
