Where is the clearest water and whitest beach in the Caribbean

Cape Santa Maria in Long Island, Bahamas was the whitest sand/clearest light blue water I've ever seen. But it may be chilly in March.
Therefore, for your time frame, I'd go with either Anguilla or Grace Bay on Provo for the white white sand and blue water.
If you're looking for a more mountainous landscape, White Bay on Jost Van Dyke, Savannah bay on Virgin Gorda, and pretty much all of the St. John beaches would fit the bill too.
I suppose it depends on what else you're looking to do on your trip to narrow down an island.
