Well, the type and number of activities can vary from island to island but most offer things like day sails, snorkel trips, SCUBA diving, deep sea fishing, kayaking, hiking, sightseeing, swimming, windsurfing, jet skis, golf, a variety of other water sports and a host of other activities. The best thing to do is to select an island and do an internet search using such topics as “Things to do on NAME OF ISLAND” or “Best Activities on NAME OF ISLAND” and you’ll find dozens of useful links.

Another option: pick your favorite things to do, then ask which island is best for that. Some islands are best for beaches, some have great snorkeling, some have good diving, etc. Some are flat with little in the way of trees. Some are mountainous with lots of green. What do you prefer? Is cost a consideration?

What kind of activities are your interested in?
See. it would be pretty pointless to recommend the best diving spots if you don't have a PADI certification, can't even swim or scared of fish to begin with.
Personally I'd like to land on the world's shortest runway on Saba island which looks totally thrilling for me. Others may find it scary and wouldn't do it even if they're paid for it.
