What to do in Havanna

My husband and I are visiting Cuba in April. (It's ok we are Australians). Any advice on what to do for the four days we have in Havanna. Any input much appreciated.

What I like to do is walk around and enjoy the beautiful architecture, but on the way stop at

1) La Bodequita Del Medio for a mojito and food. This was a former horse stable converted into a restaurant. It is made famous because it was a favourite place for Ernest Hemingway and anyone who was someone has written their name somewhere on its wall. The menu is in Spanish so you might want to bring along a dictonary.
2) The Partagas Cigar Factory (only open from 10:30am to 1:30pm) and watch how my favourite cigars are made.
3) Stop in for a drink at El Floridita which created the Daiquari. Their daiquaris are definitely one of the best. The place is famous and was also a Ernest Hemingway hangout.
4) Visit the Jose Marti memorial and peer out above Havana
5) Visit the Museum of Revolution
6) Walk along the boulevard by the sea (Malecon) admiring the architecture of Hotel National and laugh at the inscription on the Monument of Maine.
7) Castillo De Los Tres Reyes Del Morro for a climb up the castle and view those cannons and of course the harbour at night.

You may also want to watch the Tropicano show in the open air showplace.

Don't heave a Havanna when I tell you this, but your husband can purchase the company of truly beautiful "hostesses" in Cuba for about what he'd pay for a movie at Blockbuster! Trust me, you will see an island overrun by men from all over the world, and they ain't there for the modern conveniences!

In addition to theorora's list, we liked the Museum of Cuban Artists, and really enjoyed the ballet. Didn't like the Tropicana. Go into the Hotel Telephonico and Parque Central for a good look-see. Walk down the tourist street, Obispo, to the outdoor market, and then walk the other way across the Parque Central to see the people on the real streets. Walk along the prado from Parque Central to the ocean to see the architecture. Brace yourself for all the beggars and the people trying to sell you everything. And the taxi drivers.

I recomend to eat at El Aljibe there you can find the best criolla food. It's a tourist place, but the taste is wonderful.
Also recomend Gato Tuerto it's a cafe concert.
