What resort/island offers the best value for what you get?

I am not cheap, but wondering which island or resort has the best overall values for what you get? Appreciate any input. Please consider, I don't drink, so this is not a factor.

Good question. Where does Aruba fit in the picture?

If you can get a charter package to Aruba, you can get a good deal. ie...Funjet vacations or Travel Charter.

Some people say Aruba is very overpriced, but they have restaurants in all sort of price ranges.

Also, they have some resorts, that offer kitchenettes, such as LaCabana. So you can cook to save some money.

I would say either Aruba or Jamaica. If you plan to take advantage of the all-inclusive in regard to food and watersports, I feel that the resorts in JAmaica offer the best value. It is one of the cheaper islands to get to also.
