I would want to know if the hotel had drink service on the beach and at the pool. Some smaller hotels that are more like condos do not have this.

To girlonthego - Which hotel are you talking about? I live in Harrisburg which is about 15 minutes from Hershey. I'm sure I would be familiar with the area your hotel is in.

Carib_ruby:I got sick from the water while in St John so now when I go anywhere that the water is questionable..I will definately drink bottled water.Probably even if they have a filtration system..this might be being a little paranoid , but I was sick for a few weeks and now just got my normal energy level back.

I got sick in St. Lucia, luckily it only lasted a day or two. My BIL got severly sick in either St. Kitts or Nevis, it took him 3 weeks to recover...yikes!

You have to be careful everywhere

One thing I find lacking, whether I'm reading a travel book or searching the web, is proximity to nature trails, parks etc. - anyplace to view wildlife and nature.
