Hi northeast, I spent a week there in mid Feb. It was the week before the school's were off so it was not too crowded until the Friday and Saturday before we left. Overall we really liked the place - the grounds are beautiful, pool area is very nice, there are many restaurants to choose from. Food is a little pricey, though we felt the portion sizes were sufficient and we didn't have to order alot. They offer excursions, which are also a bit expensive but we didn't feel like renting a car. Try to get a room on a high floor - the 6th floor is for SPG members, so if you haven't already, you might want to sign up. If you have any more specific quesions, I'd be happy to answer if I can.

Steph, I am a preferred guest, but I really don't know what the service offers. Can you give the best advice on trying to get a high floor or an upgrade. Do I do it in advance or at check-in. Thanks
